Record your competences
As a person, you continue to develop throughout your life. Everything you face and the experiences you have help you to grow. Not just as a professional but also as a person at large. Work is an important factor in our life. Paid and also unpaid work. Work is delivering a performance to another, who evaluates and values this performance. You add value to another; within a company, family, voluntary organisations, sports and such like. Also reading a book adds value…value to yourself.
Take a time-out in your career
Take a good look at what you know and can: it is sometimes amazing what you just take for granted. We all have special qualities. Take the time to really look at yourself. Sit down some time to consider objectively everything you have learned in your life. Thus, not just at school and often especially not just at school.
Wouldn’t it be great to have the value of all your built up experiences and knowledge assessed and (have) objectively mapped out and certified. And it goes without saying that what you allege also has to be substantiated with documentary proof. That is often a time-consuming job.
We provide you with the opportunity to show your actual value. As Ministry of Education certified, QRM maps your experiences. And not just any old way, we do this against a backdrop of a training standard that suits you best.
This can be a business, branch or nationally recognised training standard. Furthermore, we always keep our eye firmly fixed on the fact that you are benefited by a nationally recognised MBO or HBO diploma. However, this does not always have to be your objective.
A professional diploma is for most people the primary objective of the EVC course. Sometimes prompted by the personal desire to be recognised as a professional in your work. Or then again prompted by the employer that has to upgrade its workforce due to tighter regulations from the government. Job retention frequently plays a role. Without the required diploma, you are sometimes prevented from exercising your profession. This despite the years – sometimes 10 or 20 years – of experience you have in your work, the perfect performance record and richly received appraisals. Suddenly, there is a threat of a disqualification statement hanging over your head and you are on the slippery slopes to dismissal (in a year’s time). The diploma is now a ‘must’. With the aim of obtaining the required diploma, QRM helps you to map out your experiences and substantiate these with documentary proof. It does not matter whether you are 35 or 55.

- Savings on training costs.
- Deductible training costs (up to 50% refunded).
Individual EVC Course
To convert the knowledge and experiences of your employees into an officially acknowledged Experience Certificate (EVC), it is important that the EVC course is followed. This course is completely supervised by our qualified staff.
